2. Data we collect
Through booking and contact forms we collect your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, number of guests, selected service, and any message you send. We also collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and confirming bookings.
- Providing pre-contract information on services, prices, cancellation and refund conditions and complaint handling, as required by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 1023-XII.
- Delivering tours and travel services under the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-VR.
- Marketing communications only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Meeting accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
4. Cookies and tracking
