Minor Consent Policy

This policy explains the age requirements for student travellers and the parental or guardian consent safeguards that apply to bookings involving minors.

1. Who is a minor

Under the law of Ukraine a person reaches full legal capacity at 18 years of age. Anyone under 18 is treated as a minor for the purposes of this policy. Bookings for travellers under 18 are accepted only where the requirements below are met.

2. Age requirements

3. Consent requirements

For every booking that includes a minor, we require a signed consent form from the parent or legal guardian. The form must identify the minor, the responsible adult, the programme dates and destination, and must authorise emergency medical assistance. Consent must be given before the booking is confirmed and before any payment is processed.

4. Verification

We may request a copy of the minor's identity document and proof of the guardian relationship. Documents are used only to verify eligibility and are handled in line with our privacy notice.

5. Payments and cancellation

Only a parent or legal guardian may enter into the contract and make payment on behalf of a minor. Cancellation and refund conditions are the same as those published in the booking terms and are shown before checkout.

6. Personal data of minors

Personal data of minors is processed with the consent of the parent or legal guardian under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.

7. Complaints and disputes

Complaints about a booking involving a minor may be sent to contact@ticketbuuy.com. We respond within 10 business days. Unresolved matters may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

8. Consent request form
