What we check before you pay

Property inspection
A staff member stays in every hostel dorm we sell at least once a year. Bed count, lockers and shower ratio are recorded before listing.
Guide pay
City walk guides are paid a fixed day rate by us. They earn nothing from the cafes, museums or bars they point out.
Trip support
A named coordinator answers the trip line from 08:00 to 22:00 Kyiv time on every day of your route, weekends included.
Independent travel
You move between cities unescorted. We book beds, seats and walks, then hand over a printed route card with times.

Answers before you pay

  • You must be 18 or older to book. Travellers aged 16 to 17 are accepted only when a parent or guardian books with them and written consent is received before payment. We do not run unsupervised trips for minors.
