Booking and Pricing Policy

1. “From” prices

A “from” price is the lowest rate for the selected dates, departure point and party size at display time. It is not fixed; final price depends on dates, availability, room type, transport and confirmed inclusions, and is shown before payment.

2. Fees, taxes and inclusions

The total includes the service charge, applicable taxes and mandatory fees disclosed at checkout, unless stated otherwise. Private-room upgrades, optional extras, insurance and personal expenses are shown separately and charged only if selected. Offers list accommodation, nights, transport and meals; standard accommodation is shared unless an upgrade is confirmed.

3. Availability and confirmation

Availability is real-time but not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and paid. A submitted form is a request, not a confirmed booking. If an option is unavailable, we offer an alternative or a full refund. Carriers and times may change for operational reasons.

4. Payment and refunds

Deposit amounts, payment deadlines, cancellation terms and refund conditions are shown before you confirm. Refunds go to the original payment method within the stated period. Statutory consumer rights apply.

This policy follows the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII, the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 1023-XII, the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-VR and the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR. Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI.
