Under the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII we publish this information, our registration data and contact details on the Website.
2. Eligibility and parental consent
You must be 18 or older to book in your own name. Users aged 14–17 may use the Website only with the prior consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
3. Bookings, prices and refunds
Before you confirm a booking we provide accurate pre-contract information on the service, total price, payment terms, and cancellation and refund conditions, as required by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 1023-XII. A booking is confirmed once we send written confirmation. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI. Non-essential cookies and tracking are used only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Limitation of liability
We are liable only as required by law and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
