Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Operator and scope

Pre-contract information on the programme, accommodation, price, cancellation and complaint procedure is given before booking under the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-VR and the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 1023-XII.

2. Cancellation by the traveller

Written notice is required. Fees apply per person and depend on the days left before departure:

• 60 days or more: 10% administration fee plus non-refundable third-party costs.
• 30–59 days: 30% of the total price retained.
• 15–29 days: 60% retained.
• 14 days or fewer, or no-show: 100% retained.

3. Refunds

Eligible refunds are paid within 14 calendar days of a complete written request, using the original payment method. Visa, consular, insurance and courier fees already incurred are non-refundable.

4. Changes and amendments

Requests must be made in writing. Changes are subject to availability and any price difference. Participant substitution is possible up to 7 days before departure for an administration fee.

5. Cancellation by ticketbuuy.com

If we cancel for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund or an equivalent alternative programme.

6. Force majeure

For events beyond reasonable control, you may cancel free of charge and we refund all recoverable amounts.

7. Complaints and disputes

Send claims to contact@ticketbuuy.com; we reply within 30 calendar days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court.

8. Legal notices

This Policy is published under the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII. Personal data in requests is processed under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI. Offers are advertised accurately under the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR.
